so after almost a year with my trainer i realized we have worked every muscle group and i noticed how all of them changed except my belly lmao i can almost see the 6 pack under the jelly i can feel it the fats not going away 😭 my arms are bigger my legs are skinnier almost a 36 jean down from a 44 so my ass is gone my arms and chest is bigger back muscles are popping but the flab the spare tyre just hangs on for dear life im a 35 year old male so i need to start looking after myself if i want to be strong and live long. change is as good as a holiday they say
