btw aku ga lagi bulking, jd tdee aku dikisaran 2400 aku 5 hari defisit di 1500 2 hari makan di kalori maintenance, aku pake pola itu biar bb ga stuck dan metabolisme aku ga melambat karna terus terusan defisit, jadi rata rata harian aku di 1800 kalori ya 😁😁🙌

oh iya aku juga mikirin makronutrisi dan protein minimal 1,5-2x berat badan jadi walaupun cheatmeal aku ga kalap sembarangan semuanya dimakan, yg penting enjoy sama prosesnya 🙌🙌
