Meh. Holding steady within this same 5lb range. Haven't been more than 150lb in months (Dec '13 was when I last weighed heavier than that). Progress in other areas. I need better sleep habits. Much better sleep habits. That may be part of what's hurting me now. Eating habits are OK- not stellar, not abominable. If eating habits were graded I'd be a solid C student. Hydration would rank at a B or B+. Sleep is where I'm struggling to maintain a D average. It's back to school, time to make the grade. Other good habits are becoming more second nature, let's see how that changes things next month. Otherwise, I know what my next major focal point is...
