I feel good about my workout today. I think I prefer swimming, but sometimes you just gotta sweat- you know? To feel alive? I know that sounds nuts and I fucking hate sweating ( it bring the term " sweats like a pig" to mind.)but there you have it.
I have worked out 3 times since wednesday- which in itself is a victory. To me go the spoils!Eventually anyway.
My goal is to stay very very near 1400 calories everyday this week and work out in some form every day. Every Day. EVERY DAY. That was for my benefit.
Another goal- weighing food religiously.
This means that sometimes I will have to:
A. Take my scale with me places
B. Measure my food before I leave.

This weekend is a party at my house. Oh, how I love to drink the alcohol. We will have pizza. The Horror of all those calories. But hey, a girl has got to let loose when she can, right?

Good Job to all of us for working on ourselves for a change. We can not change anyone but us. And look at us! We are giving it a good shot :)

Just an FYI.. the harder you push yourself while swimming you have the ability to sweat and it doesn't feel like sweat. I personally HATE sweating.. I am a girl and girls are not supposed to sweat (which is about the only girly thing you will find about me lol) but hoenstly, I find if I really push myself while swimming lane swim (which means going as hard as I can for as long as I can) I will sweat, and I will drink between 20 and 40 oz of water. Aqua classes (yoga, aqua size etc) will also make you sweat if you have a good instructor.

Thanks Pixi- I am excited about the pool possibilities. They don't start until April 11, so until then I am just swimming laps and "water walking" when I feel like I need a rest. I am thinking I need some goggles for this, as swimming straight is not my forte'.
