Hurt my back at work yesterday....Went to the gym after work anyways. I thought I might be able to work out the pain. Didn't happen. I should have just rested.
Well, I didn't go to the gym today. Gotta try to give my back a rest. Im feeling so crappy. Gonna see how i feel when i wake up tomorrow.

I just don't feel right when if don't get my workout in. I really hope my back feels better in the morning.

Thats a bummer, especially when you are motivated to work out. I am having rotator cuff issues, and sometimes I ignore them, do my push ups and regret it the next day! Damned if you do, damned if you dont!

ps. Maybe just do what you can, even if its a little walk around the neighborhood? Dont know how bad your pain is...just suggesting

Thank you for the advice Mike. Decided not to go to the gym this morning, however, I did take a nice brisk walk with my dog. I also did some crunches, push ups and stretches at home. I have to tread carefully when it comes to my back. I had back surgery back in 2008 for two herniated discs. Things can go from bad to awful pretty fast. I learned that the hard way. :P
