I didn't work out today, but did do alot of walking just not at a gym. Ate my lean and green at Olive Garden, they have a special menu for low fat options gluten free choices or if your watching carbs, as for me all three:) I did work out with weights yesturday, legs, arms, and abs. I didn't finish my food entry yesturday, nor did I enter my food today. Since I was gone most of the day,it was medifast bars every 2 1/2 hrs, their so good with coffee. Great Day!
