Keep having these major "pig outs". Wish I didn't like/crave these unhealthy foods. Wish I didn't like them so much. Or, or am I stress eating? Is my body lacking something? Wish I knew....... :/

Omg Brenda, I am so with you and have wondered the same myself is my body missing something that I am not giving it. Recently, I started taking a multivitamin thinking that would help but actually it seems worse. Ugh!!!!
