pelan2 tapi menyusut ya. gk ada usaha menghianati hasil.
bdw kenapa ya kok BB bisa stak ditempat mulu🥺. naik turun di angka 50/51 aja. pdahal makan gak lebih dri 1300 kalori😢

kalo saya biasanya kalo stuck lgs surplus kalori 2-3 harian✌️naik bisa 3 kilo tapi habis itu turunnya bisa melewati berat yg stuck 😌hehe bisa dicoba nih
