I feel good today. I just finished walking on the treadmill for 1 hour. I know, it's not running...but it's a start. For ME, that's good. I alternated between walking and speed-walking....and according to my treadmill, I walked a little over 12 laps, burned 501 calories, and 157 fat calories (if I'm saying that correctly). I'm not sure how good that is compared to you fitness gurus, but I figured that 500 calories is better than the calories I WOULDN'T be losing if I hadn't worked out at all. I hope I can do this tomorrow. Maybe I can figure a way to work out when my kiddos are taking their naps---if I'm not too busy cleaning or cooking or whatnot. I hope I can get to my goal weight soon. Then, maybe, I'll be more motivated to get to my *ideal* weight after that. Wish me luck!
