Continuing to stay on average low carb diet about 100 carbs per day. I have not eaten any white starch foods with flour or rice etc. Fresh vegetables and good protein meats. Exercising 5 days per week which includes morning and before lunch sessions. Lost 6.5 lbs. the past week.
