Bahan utama : jamur kancing & tahu
Marinasi 15-30 menit tahu yang sudah di potong dengan 2sdm kecap asin, 1 sdm kecap manis (kedua nya merk tropicana) 1 sdm saori tiram 1 sdm saos gochujang kikkoman, 1sdt garlic powder, sedikit merica & sedikit totole kaldu jamur
Olesi teflon dengan 1/2sdm minyak (aku pakai tropicana) lalu panggang tahu lalu taruh potongan jamur di sisa bumbu dan masukkan ke teflon dengan irisan cabai (kalau mau pedas) panggang sampai layu
