Time to hit the tread and burn 700 cals! I'm a little tired tonight but I've gotta do what I've gotta do! UGH! Sat's weigh-in is riding on how well I'm keeping up my consume/burn ratio!

YAY I did it! Could just craw into be now except I need a moment to wind down first.
