야식의정체는 야채엄청때려넣은 건면입니다.

드셔보세요.라면한개를 다못먹게만드는 효력보여주네요.익히지않은 야채부터먹다보니(건강한맛)포만감이 크네요.라면절반이상남겼네요ㅎ좀있다식후1시간혈당도 체크해봐야겠네요
