That's fantastic! Congratulations! :D I weighed around 115 in college. After I moved away from home, I weighed 130. I managed to get down to 120-something after I had my first baby. By the time my second child was born, I weighed 177 lbs. I felt terrible. Now, 8 months after my second baby, I weigh 136. It's very discouraging for me. I'm trying to get down to at least 124...but I can't seem to get out of the 130s anymore. I've started watching what I eat, and yesterday, I started walking for an hour...so hopefully I'll reach my goal. What program are you a part of? (If you don't mind me asking.) Can you give me some tips so that I can reach my goal too? How did you reach YOUR goal?

I became a health coach for a company called, Take Shape For Life, the replacement meals are medifast meal's,eat 5 of the replacement meals every 2 1/2 hrs and create 1 lean and green meal of your own(tsfl.com)To learn more. I would love to give you tips so you will reach your weight goal. You don't have to be on a program to be successful on losing the weight, I needed a program after menpause, the gym just wasn't enough for me anymore, the fat was sticking and staying around my waist. It was so depressing to me, I've always been in shape, Now I couldn't handle looking in a mirror anymore. I just got my before and after pictures done and will be putting them in my website. Now I don't mind looking at the old me, cause I'am not there anymore and I'am not going back I like the new me! One of the biggest things I learned was to eat within 30 min to an hr after getting up in the morning thats a must, frequent, low glycemic meals and snacks in order to prevent blood sugar and insulin levels from spiking. Fill your pantry with these: BROWN RICE: CONOLA AND OLIVE OIL:NATURAL,NON-FLAVORED OATMEAL:WHOLE GRAIN, HIGH FIBER BREADS AND PITAS:WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR:WALNUTS AND BEANS:SPICES AND HERBS. I'am in tranition which means less replacement meals and more regular meals. I portion out my snacks, which I've found some healthy tastey snacks'.I also have shopped down the vegan isle, for cheese and tofu angel hair noodle's, and it's good, also check out "Walden Farms" ask at the store where they have it at in there store. Go on line to see all there products. Great stuff. I just want you to know u need encouragement and guidence, Flamingo Flo is here for u:)
