早上保險業務員來送年曆,看她比去年又胖了些,忍不住要她也加入減肥行列!(她心裡肯定XXXX),認識二十多年,中年發胖,健康總要多注意啊!
今天186,午餐2:10吃,地瓜,水煮蛋,小白菜,辣椒鳳梨雞腿湯,加了ㄧ條滋露巧克力當甜點。喜歡巧克力,不論是一顆一百多元到一條十元,都好好吃啊!
