Whenever I have a weight gain, I turn into a chronic weigh inner until I get back to the previous week's weight. Much like this week, I feel that my gain is mostly water retention from 2 days of bad eating, and not necessarily a true gain in weight. The good news is.. I'm totally right! I was down to 198.9 this morning, and I've been peeing ALL day. Tomorrow is going to be a dance in my underwear morning, I can already tell.

C25K is going great. I have temptations to skip up a week since I'm doing so well, but then... I need to keep the pace easy. I need to be successful. I don't want to push to hard, cause an injury, or get burnt out. Week 3 Day 2 is tomorrow. Honestly, I can't wait!

I saved the best for last if you're still reading... I book my 10th anniversary cruise. Next May I will be sailing the Mediterranean, Barcelona to Venice with 7 ports in between. I will be the sexiest I've ever been, my husband will have his hip replaced, and I cannot wait to explore Europe. Each day is another day closer to the coolest trip I've ever ventured to take, and another day closer to making some serious changes to my bad habits.
