Well I did a 5km jog/walk lastnight and did it 5min faster than 2 wks ago and only walked 3 time instead of the 4 times I did last week. It is so nice to see the improvement. I am going to register for a 5km run/walk in town for May 15th. This gives me a goal to reach and even better than that i am excited to challenge myself with this. Join me if you like .....
