I started my Curves diet yesterday. I felt great throughout the day, very little hunger and cravings. I substituted the 30 minute workout with a Jilian Michaels 30 day shred dvd which is similar to the Curves 30 day workout. I am in a lot of pain today and extremely sore which lets me know I really gave myself a good workout. I am really hopin I loose a goo portion of weight. I was doin the low calorie diet with exercise for a long time and then I plateud and got extremely frustrated becuase I just didnt want to lower my calories any further than 1000 a day.. it was very difficult for me to do 1000 to begin with so I figured maybe I was doing smthng wrong. I came across this book and it was vey educational and it helped me understand the mistakes I was making.. just because it is within your calorie allowance for the day doesnt mean its ok to eat it. So I am praying this works for me I will weih in next Wednesday and again the Wednesday after that, If I do not see at least 5 pound lost in total i will research a different diet and try something new..
