we slept in, walked weeG to school& boosted along to the gym,i was the only person there!! Sorry no smile but was busy sweating walking on treadmill at a steep incline at time haha

Suma...an 'empty' is when ur parents are away and u have the house to yourself and invite ur friends over to party....Jamie was referring to the gym being an 'empty' coz I was there myself 😂♥️

Merrymel...thank You! I hadn't weighed myself in a good few weeks and had been trying hard with my diet and going to the gym and sweating buckets Lol!! Think ive put most of it back on over xmas though!!
