I didn't record everything I ate yesterday! for the first time ever. And I'm not going to today either. I decided to give myself the weekends off the food diary. I'll still eat well, of course, but I'm just going to free myself from remembering everything I eat. It's difficult on the weekends anyway since my eating is less structured.
My clothes have all been fitting very well lately (actually a little loose), and I've enjoyed looking in the mirror at my newly discovered abs. I love working out right now. I'm really hesitant to weigh in though, because I'm worried that I've gained muscle, and my weight may have gone up. So, since I'm feeling good about myself, I'm not going to weigh in for a few more days, even though it's been a while.
