i exercised for 2 hours yesterday and ended the day with a burning knee, i thought it would get better overnight, i tried to exercise today with a knee support on but i started to feel the pain again at about 30 minutes into my workout, i tried to go on for 15 minutes more but the pain was becoming unbearable to put weight on and move. But I can’t stop exercising now, definitely not now that I am seeing good results and the holiday feasting is about to begin. Any workout suggestions that I could do while waiting for this knee to get better? Thanks in advance FSF!
