Had my annual health check. Cholesterol, glucose and blood pressure all good for the first time in years. My weight goal wasn't reached (yet) but the health benefits are undeniable. Should reach my goal weight in Jan.
94.1 kg Lost so far: 21.7 kg.    Still to go: 8.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
