Not logging my food has shown its effects. One would think I would have learned by now that I really need to keep track of everything I put in my mouth. I've gained 12 lbs since the last time I was here. Lesson learned!
I'm so ready for school to be over. I have 6 weeks until I graduate. I need to get on track and stay that way until then. Once I come home from graduation, I'll be in summer-mode with eating and exercise.
