waaah spill resep dooong... aku kalau masakan yang mengandung pisang agak kurang sreg rasanya, lebih suka makan langsung ajah... kayaknya labu bisa juga nih jadi pengganti...

Halo maaf baru bales ya, ini resepnya. 40gr pumpkin puree, 2 putih telur, 2sdm susu, 1/2sdt vanilla extract (opsional), 36gr tepung (putih/oatmeal bebas), 1/2sdt baking powder, secubit garam, sweetener (madu/stevia/erythritol atau gula biasa, sesuaikan sama jatah kalori), kayu manis bubuk (opsional). Untuk high protein version, bahan keringnya ganti jadi 9gr tepung + 27gr protein powder, sisanya sama ya
