昨晚吃了一鍋湯才300卡,但飯後餅乾+布丁就接近400卡,完全不受控啊....
今天好冷,覺得要大量碳水化合物補充能量,中午12點半就開動,滷白菜和起司貝果+滋露巧克力,今天有抵抗貝果誘惑成功,只吃半個,哈哈哈!下午用鬆餅粉烤了巧克力棉花糖餅乾,失敗,棉花糖全溶化了,吃了一片,好市多鬆餅粉真鹹啊,糖加不夠鹹味就出現了...
晚餐吃雞排便當,和老公一人一半!今天要換新桌曆才發現周五放假,周六就明年了,明年要用心減肥,不能用點心減肥!
