<P>Good morning, guys!</P><P>I'm only going to be around the computer for 3 1/2 more hours. I'm leaving work early for mine and my fiance's engagement photo session. Because of that, my food routine is gonna be slightly interrupted. I'm gonna eat lunch 2 hours earlier than I normally do, and have a snack around the time I normally have lunch...there'll be a big break in between that snack and dinner. I hope I'm not starving by the time dinner rolls around!! ahh!</P><P> so anyway! yesterday i did well with my food and I started Level 2 of the Shred...it is SO not for me right now! i think i'm going to go back to level 1 for a few more days. i was only able to handle about half of level 2, and i'd rather get a full workout in level 1 then "phone it in" while doing level 2. has anyone else done this?</P>

oh wow--level 2 is that tough?? I'm on day 5 of level 1 today--what day did you switch? 10 or 11? I'm about to go write a journal about it anyway.

Level II is an entirely new beast. I actually did Level I for two weeks then tried to move up to Level II, still not able to do the plank, so went back to Level I for another two weeks. I moved to Level II at that time, no problem, able to do all the plank activities almost to Natalie strength, probably somewhere between Anita and Natalie. I have no upper body strength so I needed longer on Level I to get me there. I just started back with the workouts last night. I plan to get back to 5 days/week again. I let illness and other events get me off schedule in April so I am now dedicated to getting back on track. I LOVE THIS WORKOUT!!!

KATE! it's insane!! and i started on day 11. but i think I'm gonna do what JC did...2 weeks of Level 1 then move on to Level 2! i hope i can do it by then!

Engagement photo session? What fun that will be. You have an eating plan for your day so that means you will be successful. Good luck with it. Thanks for your encouraging words on my journal this morning but I added a bit more after you wrote. I am going to give the knees a break today to let them settle down and feel better. I just need to learn patience. Like I do with my weight loss, doing it one day at a time. That is how we all get from a to z. One day at a time. Have a great one today and have way too much fun.

try maybe splitting your snack into two snacks so you arent STARVING by the time dinner comes. i find a hand full of almonds can really hit the spot mid afternoon.
Engagement photo session, i have to make an appt for that soon too. im actually going to try on dresses today. lol. Congrats on your engagement

oh wow, this is the first time I've heard of "The Shred". I love a good challenging workout. I'll have to check this out to see if it compares to the "Ripped" Series which I currently have a love/hate relationship with :D.

Yeah no matter how "ready" I felt to move to the next level, I forced myself to stay at each level for 10 days. But yeah, level two can be annoying, so many planks..but hurts so good lol! Keep up the good work =]

hey guys! OWNDISASTER, ELEGANTBLKCHINA, & PRINCESS I just saw these comments from yesterday! sorry i didn't respond! OWNDISASTER, I actually wound up having a small snack before the session and was fine until dinner! :) And thank you and congrats on your engagement as well! EBC, definitely look into the shred! it's been doing great things for me and some of the others on here as well! PRINCESS, I think I'm gonna start level 2 next monday!
