So today, after 2 1/2 years of surgeries for my accident, I am starting my exercise and meal plan again. I am doing a 75 day hard challenge to get ready for hopefully my last surgery on March 18th. I want to be stronger and healthier going into this next surgery to help me walk on crutches for 2 month and have a faster recovery. I have developed really bad eating habits and lazy attitude after basically being off my feet for 2 years. Comfort eating and laziness has not helped my stamina, weight or leg strength. So this is my time selfishly, for the next 76 days and all else will take a back seat! After my next surgery I will have to wait 6 months to get back on the plan again, but hopefully I will be lighter, stronger and better equipped to get thru the healing time. I will be hard to see the walker, crutches, wheelchair, and shower chair come back into the house, but I just have to push thru and get this last one done, so that I can have a normal life again and go back to work. Workouts are painful and extremely hard. Especially seeing how much muscle I lost and how I have to start over from scratch. Hoping a positive mental attitude will push me thru knowing that there is light at the end of this tunnel and I can finally see it! So here we go 🙏💪

Oh, it is only now that i have combined your 6th Jan post to this one. I was wrong. This time, next year, you will be in a state of losing the last pounds. Good luck.

Yes it has been 2.5 long years of surgeries and recovery. I am walking now for about 3.5 months now. Just recently am able to walk more than 4 hours per day. Still hard. I am currently getting ready for one more fat grafting surgery to my heel. Then 6 more months of recovery. Two months off my heel completely. Sucks! I will have to start all over again and will not be able to do keto as we don't want my body to "eat" the fat they are injecting into my foot. I was just hoping to be better equipped going into this next one, with more leg strength and some weight off of me. I will try bike at gym this week.
