Happy Monday everyone!
I gain a few ounces over the New Year holiday so with that being said.
I have a new goal, I reached my last goal and felt so good about it I’m going to do it again.
My new goal is to get back to around 150-170.
When I quit smoking I gained 40 pounds so I want to get back to that weight, I know it will take a little while so with that I say
HAPPY NEW YEAR AND HOPE EVERYONE A HAPPY YEAR!!
90.0 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 12.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
