Makanan bebas tapi lebih nyari yg tinggi protein,rendah lemak.. aku target protein 20% lemak 25-30% Karbo 50% , lebih diliat ke perminggu nya si gak cuma harian.. jadi kalkulasi perminggu targetnya segitu kak
