This week has continued to be a struggle for me making healthy food choices, but doing a pretty good job keeping calories in check. Shockingly the scale has been good to me, must have had some water weight from bad choices earlier this week that is going away. Helps that I've been getting in good excercise sessions this week, both cardio and toning exercises, just need to get the food under control. I've definitely been stress eating.
