Although the diet changes are going well, I'm finding it hard to get to the gym for cardio. I hate winter and I don't like going out in the cold. So yesterday I did my steps to the basement (10 steps). I may have to pull out my piyo videos tonight and just do those. I am doing seared Cajun tuna steaks tonight with mixed green salad and steamed broccoli with cheese and bacon for dinner. Can't wait. Have a good day everyone!!
