I hope everyone had a lovely Xmas and a happy new year! I have eaten all the dinners, trimmings, puddings, mince pies, chocolates and candy canes...and i washed the lot down with alcohol....and now...i haven't slept a wink the whole night because the schools go back today..the later it got, the more I thought I would sleep in.."booty logic" 😂 so now I'm making black coffee and getting a munch, then shower and get my gym stuff together coz I start back at the gym today...yaaay! I have a feeling all the weight I lost before Xmas will be right back on so I'm looking forward to getting back to the gym and sweating the pounds off. My resolutions for this year are to take care of my health, physical and mental which includes eating better, working out and losing weight...also to be more loving, forgiving, compassionate and also to have more fun! Get the music on, boogie in the house, sing when I don't know the words, play daft games with my wee yin....live a bit more!! Life can be so hard sometimes, we should laugh every chance we get! much love♥️
