Today is the first day I looked in the mirror and could really see the difference in my figure. I think I'll have my husband take a picture of me sometime so I can compare with before. I wish I would have known it was this simple all along... I have wasted so much time making excuses for eating bad food and being fat. It's now time for the new me; A healthy, fit mom.
