I worked out really hard last night. The sweat was just pouring off of me. It paid off though today with a 1lb weight loss. This means I met my weekly goal of a 2lb loss. Hopefully I can find a few bucks and go to the second hand store and get a new dress or shirt or something.
On another note, anyone watch the Biggest Loser? I was so unimpressed. Maybe my expectations were too high, I dunno. I thought Helen looked way to thin, Mike looked great as did his dad, very proud of them and of Sione and Filipe. I think what they are doing for their culture is so wonderful!! Jerry looked too thin too but he and wife did well. Kristin looks fantastic. David and Daniel, well Daniel did great! The other guy-40lbs seriously? People lose that in a week on the ranch. He didnt want it. Joelle was still Joelle. She is such an excuse maker. She would be happy with 10lbs gone.
I probably sound awful and way too judgmental. I'm not really that way. I just think that people have expectations from a show like that and trainers like them. I mean I lost 81lbs on my own and some of those people had Jillian and Bob and blew it with just a 40lb lost. Anyways, to each their own. I was just disappointed at the finale thats all. BUT Allison looked fantastic, that dress was so pretty and def. her color.
