I worked out again today, but not too hard. Last night, I had planned to only do Zumba and P90X (Ab Ripper X). So...my workout for today was:

Zumba 20 Min. Express
P90X Ab Ripper X (20 min?)
Chair Squats: 3 sets of 10
Chair Push-Ups: 2 sets of 10

Not too much in today, but I'm glad I did SOMETHING. Hopefully tonight, I can do at least 15 minutes on the treadmill after dinner. We'll see.
