昨晚吃廚窗港點士林官邸店 飽到喉嚨.....5點閞吃,6點半吃完,飽到都快走不動了,現在隔天11點了,都還飽著!
姐姐說我今天可以直接斷食,但我覺得可能晚餐會餓,所以還是要吃的!
體重比昨天多半公斤,消化完可以回復正常嗎??
昨晚回家後回想吃下肚的東西,努力紀錄熱量,粗估這一餐可能吃進3500卡,直接透支2000多,要怎麼還啊~這周要戒餅乾(加油!)
我尪和我妹覺得廚窗很一般般,說實在的,跟我原本想的港式飲茶有落差,但還可以接受,價位也OK!
