Mrs B's Journal, 14 May 09

I turned 40 this year & all of a sudden my body just stopped burning calories & the weight came on. Time to get back into shape & lose 15 pounds & go from there to lose more. I need to exercise a LOT more & watch my calories from here on out.
82.1 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 18.6 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
