Went out to dinner today to celebrate my Dad's 80th birthday! I did some preplanning before going to the restaurant eating healthy and leaving fully satisfied! I am proud of myself knowing each good choice makes the next one easier! I have decided not to get on the scale only on my weigh in day. I realize how much weight can fluctuate from day to day and I am trying to leave that stress out of my life! It is going to be a good week! :)
