been depressed and lazy. sticking pretty much to the diet but can't seem to get my butt moving....... exhausted.

Well then....KICK THAT BUTT!!! Wake it up and MAKE it move! Do 5 minutes....and then when that 5 minutes comes around, push yourself to do 2 more...and then another 2 more. Break it down into parts, and once you reach each part, see if you can do a little bit more. Maybe you can aim to do 15 minutes a day for right now....and then move it up each week...?
Depression sucks. I know. It's hard to do ANYTHING when you're feeling down or upset. But only YOU can kick it to the curb. And you WILL. You just have to focus on what's important right now. It's easier said than done, but it's totally possible. We're cheering for you! You can do it! And, sometimes, in order to beat fatigue, you have to work your body out, and BUILD UP energy. But start slowly if you need to. You'll get there. Just hang in there and keep trying! Really push yourself!
