Only 1 lb from 1st 25 lbs. Calories burned on my elliptical seem more realistic than FL machine. Walked & did elliptical yesterday. Also helped Julie hoist rototiller into her truck. Yikes, that sucker was heavy! Re: diet - will have more control now that we are home. Was able to lose 7.5 lbs the 5 weeks we were in Florida.
69.4 kg Lost so far: 10.9 kg.    Still to go: 12.2 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
