Am knackered after shopping today! Seeing my reflection multiple times in changing rooms has stopped me from having the cheesy pasta plate I wanted so am having salad. Trying to stay on track but feeling a little blue today.

The mirrors lie! I look fabulous in TK Maxx...........long and slim, then in Markies, all of a sudden, I am short and fat. Take no notice of them. But well done for choosing the healthy option.
