I lost a lot of weight fast, but I got burnt out and stopped about 8 weeks ago, but the good thing is that I yo-yo at my current weight now instead of at what I weighed before. I gave up eating a lot of different foods because of the way they make me feel. I stopped eating entire food groups, started eating new ones. Everyone says it's hard but it's just time consuming. It's been a little over a year since I actually started and I've lost around 30 pounds (my heaviest was 264).
