I have just begun this journey so pacing myself. I am doing a below 1100cal average per day. I am working out a little every morning. I feel stronger and happier about myself the scale has not moved much but I do feel different. Getting there slowly but going to make it a worthwhile journey so I can maintain it. Xoxo r
