Ooh bad day for food. Arthritis in knee so ate instead of the usual 10 mile walk and watching what I ate. Eventually managed to walk 5 mines throughout the day. Tomorrow will be a better day. At least I've only got 1/2 stone to lose. 🤦🏽♀️
