Ummmm....Sundays with husband's grandparents = EPIC FAIL. I need to work my butt off tomorrow, and if I CAN, I need to walk a little bit tonight. Homemade Mexican beans, [canned] sauteed green beans, BBQ ribs & sausage, and corn tortillas. It's a good thing I said no to the pan dulce and cake....BUT....I was incapable of saying no to Dairy Queen Caramel Toffee Blizzard. *SMH* Fail! Fail! Fail! I was doing fine until we went to grandma & grandpa's house after church. Then I went downhill from there. Crap! It's no wonder why I can't get down to my goal weight! :( I do so well......and then WHAM! Temptation or not having many healthy choices to choose from. Well....like I said....I gotta push it tomorrow, and hopefully tonight.

Sometimes you're just going to give in, and that's life. It will be okay, you'll work it off. Try and remember what this regret feels like next time you're tempted. Just keep pushing, you'll get there =)
