kalau makakan yg kita makan tidak terdaftardi aplikasi, bagainana cara mengetahui kandungan kalorinya?

nah iya kadang suka bingung, mau input lauk yg simple "tempe bakar" gk ada, ada nya juga tempe bacem. Gimana yaa cara nya

Halo semuanya, bisa cek di google biasanya ada kalorinya ya. Nanti ditulis di kertas dulu, terus input ke aplikasi ini. Tapi takaran kalorinya ga pasti akan sama dengan yg kita makan. Kalo aku input bahan2nya 1/1 kayak sayurannya, bumbu kacang, cabe, garem/gula gitu jadi pake bumbu2nya buat hitung jumlah kalorinya
