快過年了,零食點心,都愈來愈多,也愈來愈暴食,管不住嘴.....
看看板上的食記,幸好不是只有我這樣,有稍微安慰ㄧ些些!!
但也不好放縱過度,還是要節制一點。
很多人的自律飲食是學習的目標。
