I blew it this weekend. It was really difficult. I started good saturday morning then we went out to a club that night, drank a whole lot then went out to eat afterwords. Then sunday started good again, Then we were invited to Olive gardem and i havent been there in a really really long time. So I over indulged. So just with this weekend I believe I gained some weight. I feel so bad and guilty. Im still gonna try. I know this is going to be hard

Weekends are tough for me too. Its seems like 1 bad weekend can cancel out 2 good weeks for me. Got no solution though ;) Feeling guilty doesnt work though, just keep trying.
