Tues 12/4/11 40 mins - Weights Personal Training session 10 mins - Cross Trainer 10 mins - spin bike plus some abs and stretching
It's amazing how great you feel when you feet fit and healthy!! I have to remember the feeling of strength and power when I feel like letting go and turning back into a sloth....
That is my challenge once I lose the weight, to maintain, and to not give in and become a big old glutton again.
