Lunch ideas That are 350 calories or less please?

Sandwich or salad are my go to. Also soups but bit hot for that at the moment. Smoothies when I'm feeling blah. Will be great to see other ideas. 🍲

Vogels keto bread with avo and marmite. Salads. I made a small portion of prawn + vege stir fried rice noodles for 365 cals. Use low carb wraps as a pizza base go easy on the cheese and watch what you use as toppings. Omelettes.

Salad with cooked broccoli and cauliflower added to it or slaw with the same for protein add tofu (I’m veg) or tuna and some sesame dressing or soy dressing. That’s my go to lunch. For less lazy days make a Buddha bowl with roasted broccoli and red onion avocado, and a lemon tahini sauce I add some baked tofu or nuts.
